Policies

Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of income to our business. We depend on advance reservations. Once we reserve the cabin for you, we remove it from the market. If you cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50 dollar cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than two weeks notice are subject to total loss of deposit. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

  • All cabins rates are based on two guests. Each additional guest is $15 dollars extra.
  • Rates do not include tax of 9%
  • All cabins are smoke free inside.
  • Check in is 3:00 pm/checkout is by 11:00 am
  • These are housekeeping cabins; we do not offer maid service. Sheets will be changed after the forth night. Extra towels are available at the office.
  • Sorry but we have a no pet policy.
